Can you feel the shift?

There’s something about this time of year…

The days start to feel a little different.

The energy shifts—subtle, but noticeable.


And even if your routine hasn’t changed…

You can feel it.

A shift.


The way you’ve been moving…

the pace you’ve been keeping…

the expectations you’ve been carrying…

don’t quite fit anymore.


Nothing is “wrong.”

But somethings, some goals, some roles are no longer aligned.

So instead of telling yourself,

“I just need to push through this…”

Pause.

And ask yourself:

“What do I actually need most in this season?”

More rest?
More space?
More connection?

What feels heavy… forced… or out of alignment?
