Hey sis, We’ve spent this month talking about creating space, getting curious, and giving ourselves permission to expand. But there’s another part we don’t talk about nearly as much. The waiting. The space between planting the seed and seeing the harvest. And as someone who is very good at doing… this part is hard. 🎙️ A Note from Nikia on Presence (click here to listen) I’ve planted a lot of seeds lately. I’ve made changes. I’ve explored opportunities. I’ve done the work. And some of those things still don’t have an ending. I’m learning that presence isn’t pretending everything will work out exactly the way I want. It’s knowing when I’ve done my part—and allowing myself to live while the rest unfolds. Today’s Takeaway Presence is knowing when you’ve done your part—and releasing your need to control what happens next. You can hope for the best. You can prepare for another outcome. And you can still live your life while you wait. The waiting season counts, too. This Week’s Reflection What seed are you constantly digging up to see if it’s growing instead of trusting the work you’ve already done? Sometimes freedom isn’t getting the outcome you wanted. Sometimes freedom is releasing your need to control the outcome at all. Do your part. Plant the seed. Tend it when it needs tending. And know when it’s time to leave it in the ground.
